These terms apply to the use of this website and to sign-ups for the waiting list of Golden Retrievers van het Wilgenveld.
1. Information on this website
We do our best to keep the information on this site correct and up to date. Still, something may be incorrect or out of date, for example the availability of puppies. No rights can therefore be derived from the information on the site. Feel free to call us if you want to be sure.
2. Waiting list
Signing up for the waiting list is without obligation, for you and for us. A sign-up is not a reservation and gives no right to a puppy. After getting to know each other, we decide together whether a puppy suits you.
3. Reservation and purchase
A reservation is only final once we have both signed a written reservation or purchase agreement and the deposit has been received. That agreement sets out the price, the deposit, what happens to the deposit if either party withdraws from the purchase, and the arrangements about health and aftercare. In case of any difference, the signed agreement prevails.
4. Health
Every puppy is checked by a vet before collection. We share all the health information we have about the puppy and the parents. A dog is a living animal: even with careful breeding we cannot guarantee that a dog will never fall ill.
5. Photos and texts
You may not use photos and texts from this website for other purposes without our permission. Sharing a link to a page is of course always fine.
